Artist Bio

Pauline Roberts is a visual artist based in Perth, Western Australia.

My work focuses on memory, a sense of place, and the atmosphere it evokes. The notion of otherworldly and imaginary worlds is a theme I explore. I apply many layers of acrylic or oil paint and use a vibrant colour palette. My connection to the natural world is an intrinsic part of my work.

She has a Certificate IV in Visual Art from North Metropolitan TAFE, Northbridge and a BA in Fine Art from Curtin University.

In 2024, Pauline was an Artist in Residence, which culminated in two exhibitions: “Reflections of Artists in Residence” and a Solo exhibition, "Residency and Retrospective”, at the Inglewood Arts Hub.

Between 2021-22, Pauline was a studio artist at The Rosemount Hotel, North Perth and participated in a group open studio at Old Customs House in Fremantle with Art Source WA.

Her work is displayed at West Coast Health Alliance, Joondalup House, WA
